Studio Diary #1: Vault

Cleaning out the old stuff so i can start fresh when i begin recording again.   Over the last couple of years there's been quite the pile of 'scraps' created.   been working on that tonight...   there's one that i might even post.

"SCARS" single released.

The latest release from "Bad Day" is the song, "Scars."   It's probablyyyyyyyyyy my favorite song off of the record.   My roommate was talking to me about her history of self injury and it really made me think.   I'm glad to report that she's been lucky enough to have people who cared enough about her and that she cared enough about her self to seek the help she needed.     All of that pain for her has been channeled into her being a first year MSW (Social Work) at Sac State College.    I'm proud to release this song here, and on youtube, and on my soundclick.
